Micky Adams is doing his best and we believe in him, but there are no great sun in the sky at the moment. Why Leicester are doing what they are doing at the moment looks like desperate actions. To off load their best players and not bring in any new ones is of course very frustrating. But one thing is positive and that is that the club are really trying to do something about it, but it looks like desperate moves and totally unmotivated acts by the men who try to run the club. Instead of giving players the chance to leave for free, why not try to negoiate a new package for the players, that other clubs do, both in England and abroad. Instead of off loading the best players why not give them a chance to stay with another type of contract. All the Leicester players will strulggle to get the wages they have at the moment elsewhere. It is also great doubt about all the players abbillities since they was part of a team that hardly managed to get a point last season. It looks like the club just say, ok you can leave, good bye and happy days. But what happens, all the players are still with Leicester including Laursen and Flowers, because they cannot get good enough contracts elsewere. It looks like people in adminstration and sports don't talk together and make decissions without trying to solve this in partnership. The injury situation, the Wise/Davidson episode and the current financial difficulties comes all at the same time. Now it's three weeks left of pre-season, what we at least would like to see is a motivated Leicester team, with great spirit entering the field against Watford. It is crucial that Adams soon can get the chance to act as manager and not just a coach that train a lot of players he don't now will stay or go. Let's hope that the executives of the club soon can come out with a model to work after and not just some pieces of desperate moves just to avoid problems next week. As a faithfull Leicester fan and a great admirer of English football I must say that this is very frustrating and strange actions from a club that just one year ago was looked up on with great admiration by all fans in England. It shows that a smaller club could compete with giants and still run a healthy business, now everything starts to look like "World Com", may we all hope that this is not the case and that there is no "hidden figures" in the books somewhere since this cashflow problem suddenly came up. I just hope on the behalf of every Leicester fan that the club soon can be back on it's feet and start to build for the future and give Micky Adams time and money to restructure the team into a major force in English football again. But the mistakes done under the time Peter Taylor was in charge was fatal. For more updates about Leicester don't forget to check http://norfox.net
