Leicester City are ready to let Caglar Soyuncu join a club in his native Turkey this month, 90min understands.
Soyuncu signed for Leicester from Freiburg in 2019 and has enjoyed a largely successful spell in England - notably being named in the 2019/20 PFA Team of the Year - but he struggled for form last season.
The centre-back has not yet featured in the Premier League for Leicester this term and is firmly down the pecking order under Brendan Rodgers, with the club ready to move him on.
The Turkish transfer window remains open until the end of this week, and Galatasaray are leading the chase to land Soyuncu should he leave the King Power Stadium. However, the 26-year-old is not certain that a move back to his homeland is right for him.

Rodgers confirmed last week that he was willing to think about letting Soyuncu leave.
"Cags was one who was linked with going away as well, he’s only got a year left on his contract. We’ve tried to pick the players we’ve seen in training who are committed to the work, and how they have been working," he said.
Galatasaray are hoping to land Soyuncu on loan, while they are also speaking to Italian outfit Sassuolo about Turkey teammate Kaan Ayhan.
