Cotterill Praise For Walker

The England keeper has come in for critisism in recent games but appeared to be back to his best in the bottom-of-the-table clash on saturday.

"I thought Ian Walker was excellent," Cotterill said after the game at The Walkers Stadium.

"He pulled off a world-class save and after the goals feast at Tottenham last week it was nice to have a clean sheet.

"It was also good to have Muzzy Izzet back, fit and available again. He has been missed. He is vitally important to the team.

"I thought our team gave everything and could have nicked the game at the end, bar a great save from Paul Jones."
