The Football League agreed to move the fixture as defender Alex Tunchev has been called up for Bulgaria's World Cup qualifiers against Italy and Georgia.
Andy King and Nicky Adams are also expected to be named in the Wales U21 squad for their game against England.
A new date for the fixture has yet to be scheduled.
