Wise Wins Case Against Foxes

The Employment Appeals Tribunal overturned a ruling that Leicester were correct in sacking the now Millwall player-boss back in August 2002 for an incident involving Callum Davidson when the Foxes were on a pre-season tour.

Wise made a a civil claim for £2million in October 2002 but that was against the Foxes previous owners and it is not clear whether the new owners, New Fox, will be liable.
