If these big clubs use their money outside England they will most certainly end up without any competition at all and together with Newcastle and Tottenham they are starting to destroy their own football league. As long as there are now regulation of so called EU players any club can use as many foreigners as they like and buy from all other countries than their own. There should have been a regulation of this so that no teams could use more than three or four foreigners in their team and this would have secured transfer money beeing used inside England. Let's hope someone will start to see that this is a certainty to get the clubs in the four divisons in England floating. England is probably the country in Europe which are mostly affected of this situation since they have four proffesional divisions.
