Three points in my stocking please Mr Levein!

The decorations are up, the cupboards are loaded down with snacks and comfort food, the wine rack is full to bursting and Grandad is asleep in the chair. Yes its Christmas again!

As santa makes his rounds on Christmas Eve many Foxes will be wishing for the ultimate gift, three points on Boxing day!. As the left over turkey dries out in the fridge, our attentions will turn to the Walkers Stadium and the latest episode of City's topsy turvey Championship campaign.

On paper it looks easy, in reality we know, just like turkey sandwiches, it wont be pleasant. Millwall are rock bottom and are ripe for a stuffing but can City get it right, we may all have hangovers come 3pm but City have been hungover for months, maybe years.

Its a turning point, its a chance to start afresh, its just a matter of putting a run together we hear the players and management cry, oh how we wish it was that easy!

Fast on the heals of the Christmas hangover so the January sales begin in earnest, as we store the last scraps in the freezer Mr Levein will be sifting through the last scraps for a striker in a window as likely to be as empty as santa's sack on Christmas day.

Its not all doom and gloom though, on the 8th of January we all have a treat, a chance to see a Premiership side at the Walkers Stadium and a potential scalp to settle the indigestion.

It all begins on Boxing day and by the 8th of January we may be mid table, or so the players would have us believe!

Merry Christmas to Foxes around the world!
