Nicky Adams, Lloyd Dyer and Michael Morrison all completed transfers to the Walkers Stadium yesterday and will join the current squad for pre season training.

21-year-old Adams, a fans favourite at Bury scored an impressive 13 goals from midfield last season and can play in a variety of roles across the centre of the field.

Morrison was voted Player Of The Season for Cambridge United last season. The 20-year-old is likely to play alongside Bruno N'Gotty in the centre of defence at the start of next season following Gareth McAuleys switch to Ipswich and Patrick Kisnorbos long term injury.

Meanwhile Lloyd Dyer completed his move from MK Dons after helping them secure League Two and Johnstone's Paint Trophy titles last season providing pace and service to his strikers from the left wing.

Whilst the three arrivals were confirmed, Alan Sheehan departed the club to complete a switch to Leeds United after spending a successful period with the Elland Road club on loan.
