Sacked in October of 2001 with just 19 wins from his 54 games in charge the current Hull City manager is sure of a frosty reception come 3pm tommorow.
Taking the reigns from the legendary Martin O'Neill he inherited a team full of spirit and determination, no one could have predicted that 18 months later he would have spent 25m on some questionable signings and had infact managed to create a poorer City starting 11.
The fall out of it all was the club slipping into administration shortly after his departure, crippled with his high spending and ridiculous wage bill.
