"Things are fairly tight and if I am going to spend some money then I want to make sure that I get it right. I have been pleased with the guys that I have brought in so far and I don't want to make a mistake. So I will take my time.
"I have got some targets in my mind already and I know what I am looking for. It maybe difficult to get some of them but we shall see what we can do.
