With the tie level at 1-1 and a replay at The Walkers Stadium looking the most likely outcome, Dublin's last-minute winning goal earned the Foxes a place in Monday's quarter-final draw.

"All credit to Dion he scored right in front of our supporters," Levein said after the 2-1 win at The Valley.

"He's been magnificent since he arrived at the club. He can play at the front, the back and I'm sure if I asked him he'd play midfield as well.

"I thought we played well at a place where it's extremely difficult to win.

"This was a big win for us in every way especially financially and winning is important but we also played very well. It was a great achievement to beat a Premiership side on their own ground.

"We played at a high tempo, showed a lot of energy and restricted Charlton from playing their game.
