Leicester Manager Craig Levein:

“I thought that our play was excellent in the first half and even when we went down to 10-men we had a couple of good chances.

"We played well, and as much as I criticised the players on Saturday I will praise them tonight. They did everything within their power to win the match.

"Stephen Hughes had two great chances just after David Connolly had hit the post. Their 'keeper made two excellent saves earlier in the match and we had another couple of chances in the second half.

"This seems to be the way that things are going for us this season. We don't seem to be getting out of the games what we were putting in. But it's another point and it was a better performance."

Cardiff Manager Lennie Lawrence:

"At the start of the game for the first 10-minutes or so we started okay but to be fair Leicester battered us for the last half hour of the first half. Our goalkeeper Neil Alexander kept us in the game and did brilliant.

"We had a few words at half-time about getting in amongst them a bit more, we gave them far too much respect and room to play. We did much better in the second half, we deserved a draw.

"To be fair we had the momentum in the second half. The only time they got any momentum back was when they went down to ten men. I wasn't thinking about any tactical changes at that stage. To be fair they had a bit of a go at us in the last 10-minutes.

"They'll be thinking they should have been two up at half time but I wish I had a pound for every time I've thought that this year.
