Important travel advice for Crewe match.

Thanks to Potsy (Crewe fan living in Leicester) we have been advised of ongoing road works on the suggested route to Crewe, these roadworks are likely to cause major disruption on Saturday. Below is an alternative route to the ground, avoiding the roadworks and the M6.

"If any of you lads are planning on driving up, I take it your more than likely to go up the A50.

Your route finders and the like with probably tell you to get on the M6 at junction 15 and then off at 16.

Bit of advise don't!!! Stay on the A50, then onto the A500 signposted Nantwich, Chester and some other places.

This because there are road works on the M6 at junction 16 and you'll be held up for ages.

You might come across a bit of traffic driving through Clayhead Land (Stoke on Trent) but not half as bad as the M6.
