Gallagher pens new Leicester deal

Leicester City forward Paul Gallagher has agreed a new deal that keeps him at the club until the summer of 2015.The 24-year-old Scot joined the Foxes in 2009 and has become a key member of the team under Sven-Goran Eriksson, scoring nine goals this season.

Gallagher came through the youth ranks at Blackburn Rovers but never really established himself at Ewood Park.

He had loan spells with Stoke City, Preston North End and Plymouth Argyle before joining Leicester permanently.
