A frustrating afternoon at the Walkers Stadium was completed when Matty Fryatt, through on goal, struck the ball weakly against 'Keeper Fielding in the Northampton goal.
Fryatt wasn't the Foxes only culprit, however. mid-way through the second half, Matt Oakley squandered what seemed an unmissable chance 8 yards from goal, sending his effort rocketing into an angry Kop.
'We have had chances that I would expect us to score. We have to take our chances when they come our way. We didn't do that today' Pearson said.
