Foxes Hope To Keep Bent

Bent moved to The walkers Stadium on a season long loan deal because the Suffolk club were struggling with the players salary, although Royle has admitted that if they were to return to The Premiership through this seasons play-offs that would probably change.

"Leicester City have contacted us to say they want to keep Marcus for next season," Royle told the East Anglian Daily Times.

"It is too early for us to be making those sort of plans but certainly should we be promoted we would be in a better position to afford his salary."
