Foxes Face Six Pointer At Boro

Gareth Southgate's Middlesborough team will be desperate to get back on track after two dreadful results in as many matches whilst City threw away their impressive unbeaten home record on Saturday and are yet to win away in the Championship this season.

Middlesborough were still dazed after a 5-0 home drubbing at the hands of fellow high flyers West Brom when they threw away a 2-0 lead away at Coventry to leave with a dissapointing point.

Simlilarly, the Foxes surrendered a 2-0 advantage away at Watford only to take a point from the game before losing to a strong Preston side at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday.

Southgate is hoping for a reaction from his promotion chasers when the Foxes visit Riverside tonight: 'We are smarting from the two results last week.

'That's all the more reason for us to respond in the right fashion in front of our own supporters. We have to make sure we get a reaction. We have to keep our heads and go out and perform and get the victory.'
Southgate added.

Bruno Berner, who scored a late consolation for the Foxes on Saturday, believes City will go into tonight's match as underdogs: 'The pressure is on them. We will go up there as underdogs and there is a chance for us.

'The only pressure is that we want to get back on track, we want to recover from the Preston defeat and we really want to get something out of the game.'
Berner told the Leicester Mercury.

Pearson will have a fully fit squad at his disposal when his Foxes travel to the Riverside tonight.
