“Les was back on the training ground this morning (Thursday) and hopefully he won’t have any adverse reaction to the work that he has done," Adams told the clubs official website.
"We are not expecting any problems and he will be fit and available for Saturday.
“It is good news for us as we need all the experience we can get. I have talked about it enough times.
"What I am looking for this season is for the older more experienced players to come to the fore and show their worth. And as we saw in the first 45 minutes against Southampton he is still a handful.”
