Eriksson has no case for the defence

Marlon King put the Sky Blues in front on 14 minutes before Kyle Naughton levelled just before the interval. Coventry's Martin Cranie was sent off a minute from the end for a second bookable offence.

A blunder by Leicester goalkeeper Ricardo helped put Coventry in front. Lukas Jutkiewicz's cross found King alone and his eight-yard shot rolled into the net after it was fumbled by Ricardo.

The Foxes equalised on 45 minutes when Naughton cut inside Stephen O'Halloran and let fly from 18 yards with a left foot shot which flew into the top corner.

Eriksson said: "We are disappointed we don't win games like this.

"It was a bit like last Tuesday, we played rather good football and created chances. But in these last two games we conceded goals a little too easily for my taste, unfortunately.

"This was important not to concede a goal early. But then we had to chase the game and attack with a lot of people. We scored and had 45 minutes to resolve the situation but we didn't, and that's disappointing."
