Thatcher was on the receiving end of the Ashley Cole horror challenge in the game against Arsenal last saturday which left the Foxes player with a badly bruised and swollen shin, while McKinlay suffered a groin strain in the 1-1 draw with the Gunners.
Both players are considered doubtful for the clash with Steve Bruces side at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday - kick-off 12 noon!
