Young Academy starlet Dodds has joined Conference side Northwich Victoria on a month loan. Dodds, who only recently turned 20, has yet to make his first-team debut for the Foxes, but he signed a professional contract in the summer, and will be looking to gain some first-team experience at the Vics.
Dodds, who has scored 65 goals in three seasons for the Academy and reserves, was said to have had interest from several non-league clubs.

Meanwhile, Farrelly, 31, an ex-Ireland international midfielder, had been at the club on trial for a week. He was training with the club after being sacked as player/manager of Irish side Bohemians.
Another trialist, the former Stoke and Sheffield United striker Carl Asaba, is still training with the club.
