Deal Or No Deal?

According to several reports, positive progress has been made between the two parties and discussions continue with the hope that a benefitial agreement to be made.

Mandarics bid of £25 million has been disputed and many believe that the offer is significantly lower. However, the Leicester board see many positives
from a takeover.

Mandaric recently stated that he planned to 'bring Premiership football back to the Walkers Stadium'. Mandarics enthusiasm seems to have encouraged the Board and a deal seems more likely by the day.

A deal is far from complete however. If the Board do accept Mandarics offer, it is then up to the 47 shareholders at the club to vote on Mandarics takeover.

The club may feel forced to act quickly due to forever growing rumours that a host of other clubs are interested in Milan Mandarics wallet.

The result of the meeting will follow in the near future, be sure to check Foxes-Mad for news on the situation.
