The former Manchester Utd right-back underwent a medical on Monday and is expected to sign a two-year contract at the Walkers stadium and become manager Mick Adams' 11th signing of the summer

"We have been after a right back for some while and Curtis has a good pedigree. He came through the ranks at Manchester United and has played at every level for England other than as a full international," said the Foxes boss.

"He is a solid defender with good pace and will certainly add competition for that right back spot. There is no fee involved other than a small payment if we stay in the Premiership.

"We have agreed terms with the player and he will sign a two- year contract if he comes through the medical he is having in Leicester later today (Monday)."
