Connolly believed to be in Wigan talks

Rumours are abound that the City striker is poised to complete a 2 million pound switch to the North West. Connolly has been strongly linked with the move for several weeks however City manager Craig Levein was adamant that Connoly was going knowhere. He was either ill informed or not quite telling it how it was.
Todays events will worry City fans as they look set to part ways with a goalscorer who may have helped them to promotion. Levein saying on a number of occassions that he had to ADD to his strikeforce. With little time left to find a suitable replacement it seems that if this moves comes to fruition it is purely a money move.
