City complete Hamill swoop

City today completed the signing of winger Joe Hamill from Levein's former club Hearts. There had been strong rumours over the last 24 hours that Joe would be joining us, not least from the Hearts fans.
Levein has hinted that the 21 year old is likely to be a fringe player at the club. However he is likely to be used as cover on the left wing, with veteran Jason Wilcox currently operating on the left wing.
