Adams praise for keeper

Coyne was one of many changes the Foxes boss made following the debacle at Wolves last weekend and Adams was pleased with the performance at Villa Park dispite the defeat.

"If we had gone into the Wolves game in the second half as we played against Aston Villa then there would have been no problems," he said after the game.

"Now I am not sure of what is my first 11.

"I wanted an improved performance from 11 Leicester City players and I got that against Villa.

"They played with a great deal of heart, although I would have been happier with a winning performance.

"Our keeper Danny Coyne did very well and the goal that beat him was something special.

"It was going to take something like that to settle the game and that's exactly what happened.

"Danny comes in and works so hard every day, he is on the fringe of the Welsh side, and I was very happy to see him have a good game against Villa.

"Now we have to take the positives out of what happened at Villa into our next league game against Blackburn on Sunday."
