This was only the Foxes' fifth match back in the top flight, and it appeared the reality of competing against the country's best had sunk in. Manchester United were 3-1 up after an hour, and surely Leicester were down and out - the Red Devils had never given up a two goal lead in the Premier League era.

Well, there's a first time for everything. Not even the star attacking quartet of Wayne Rooney, Radamel Falcao, Robin van Persie and Angel di Maria could prevent what happened next.

Leicester rallied and fought they way back to level terms through a David Nugent penalty and a rare Esteban Cambiasso goal. Content with a draw? Absolutely not. Step up Jamie Vardy, whose composed finish fired the Foxes into the lead, before Leonardo Ulloa made it 5-3 with a late penalty.

West Brom 2-3 Leicester (2015)

Joleon Lescott,Jamie Vardy

Leicester's reality heading into the final stretch of the 2014/15 campaign was this: the club had been rock bottom since late November, and found themselves seven points from safety ahead of their trip to the Hawthorns. A drop back down to the Championship looked inevitable.

But we are talking about Leicester. They produced yet another stunning comeback that set them on their way to defy the odds, and remain in the Premier League. West Brom were 2-1 up after 30 minutes, andt remained that way until the final ten minutes before Robert Huth equalised. 2-2. Anyone fancy it?

There was only one man for the job. Vardy made it 3-2 with a classic smash and grab goal that sent The Foxes into a frenzy. This was the turning point in the club's great escape.

Manchester City 1-3 Leicester (2016)

Robert Huth

This was the moment that Leicester City's title dream became a reality. Ahead of their trip to the Etihad, the Foxes were three points clear at the top of the table. Manchester City had the chance to level things up.

The future champions had other ideas as they pulled off a classic counter-attack performance to record a remarkable 3-1 victory. Robert Huth popped up with two goals either side of Riyad Mahrez's sublime individual strike.

The win took Leicester five points clear, and set them on course to complete the most astounding achievement in the history of the Premier League.

Leicester 3-1 Everton (2016)

Andrea Bocelli,Claudio Ranieri

Their stunning 2015/16 season cultivated in being crowned Premier League champions. They had gone from nailed-on relegation favourites to title winners in the space of 12 months. And to celebrate such a feat, the club laid on quite the occasion.

Ahead of their 3-1 win over Everton, Andrea Bocelli turned up at the King Power to produce amagical moments. Football fans around the world could do nothing but weep at the beauty of it.

After the game, the world watched on as Wes Morgan lifted the Premier League trophy in what will remain one of the iconic moments in the sport's history.

Leicester 3-1 Liverpool (2017)

Craig Shakespeare

It was inevitable that the bubble was to burst at some point. And Ranieri's sacking just nine months after winning the league remains a point of great contention among football fans.

To be fair, his side's form had drastically deteriorated, and by February, the Foxes found themselves back in a familiar relegation fight. The 'tinkerman's' time was up. It was Craig Shakespeare's turn to try and salvage the Champions' season.

His first job? Beating Liverpool. Revitalised by a breathe of fresh air, Leicester were back at their best to claim a resounding 3-1 victory having gone 3-0 up, courtesy of a Vardy double and a Danny Drinkwater screamer.

Leicester 2-0 Sevilla (2017)

Samir Nasri,Jamie Vardy

Leicester's 2-0 victory over Sevilla in the second leg of their round of 16 Champions League tie remains one of the great nights at the King Power.

Down 2-1 after the first leg, the odds were against them. But if any side were going to defy the odds, it would be the Foxes. Wes Morgan and Marc Albrighton ensured just that as they put City two goals to the good.

Despite Sevilla's best efforts, Leicester held firm. Samir Nasri was sent off for head-butting Vardy, and then manager Jorge Sampaoli was shown red. Sevilla had a golden chance to take it to extra-time with a late penalty, but Kasper Schmeichel stepped up as he did in the first leg to save the spot-kick. Onto the quarter-finals they marched.

It may have only happened earlier this season, but you can't turn down the chance to rewatch the joint-biggest win of the Premier League era, and the greatest away win in the history of the English top flight.

Brendan Rodgers' side put in scintillating performance to put Southampton to the sword in truly spectacular fashion. Yes, the Saints played a large part of the match with 10 men, but that didn't stop Leicester from tearing their opponents to shreds.

Both Vardy and Ayoze Perez got a hat-trick, and by the end of the match no-one could quite believe their eyes. Southampton 0-9 Leicester. Crazy stuff indeed.
